Welcome! Thank you for choosing to share your program's story with us for the 2023 Examples of Excelencia.
How to Submit a Program Profile Submission Form
The submission period is open, to submit a profile click HERE.
Please click on the link above to submit a program profile for the 2023 Examples of Excelencia. You will need to create an account in our online system to complete a submission form. If you created an account with us previously, you may login to your account to work on your submission form.
Before beginning your submission form, we encourage you to do the following:
- View our 2023 Examples of Excelencia Program Profile Submission Guide which provides guidance about what program information you will need to fill out the submission form and how you can create a compelling profile.
- Align with your program team to determine the one individual who will fill out the submission form. Ensure that this individual has created an account above to access the submission form.
Submission Deadline: March 31, 2023 11:59 pm EST/8:59 pm PST.
Note: Only programs who provide a completed submission form will be considered for 2023 Examples of Excelencia.
What to Expect After Submitting a Program Profile Submission Form
After submitting the program profile submission form, a confirmation message should appear on your screen. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email you provided in the submission form. If you do not receive either message, please contact our team at: Examples@EdExcelencia.org.
All submissions will be reviewed by the internal review committee starting in April and programs selected as 2023 Examples of Excelencia Finalists will be personally notified by Excelencia in August. Click the following link to access the full timeline.
